RETURN POLICY
Thank your for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However,
if your are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return
the product to us for in store credit only. Below you will find more information on
our return policy.
RETURNS
To start the return process, pleas email our customer service at office@velocit.at
for further instructions. You may get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number assigned to your purchase. Please place the item securely in its original
packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend
that you use a trackable shipping method to return the product.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process
your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of our item to
styrian-oil.comprocess your return. The refund may take up to 2 billing cycles until it will depend
on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or bank. We
will notify you via email as soon as the return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below, to
arrange a refund or exchange.
